Spanish-style sautéed potatoes and chorizo

*Prepare the ingredients.

• 4pl. *Olive oil
• 2strou. *Garlic
• 2 *Red onion
• 2čl *Salt
• 1kg *New potatoes
• 250g *Chorizo
• 12cl *Water
• 4pl. *Fresh oregano
• 2pl. *Fresh thyme

*Pour the oil into the bowl.

*Add the garlic, onion, salt and potatoes. Stir with a spatula. Brown for 10 minutes.

*Add the chorizo, stirring with a spatula for 2 minutes.

• 250g *Chorizo

*Pour in the water and stir.
