*Burger au pulled pork

*Prepare the ingredients.

• 1pl. *Brown sugar
• 1pl. *Ground cumin
• 1pl. *Garlic powder
• 1pl. *Onion powder
• 1pl. *Smoked paprika powder
• 1čl *Cayenne pepper powder
• 600g *Pork shoulder
• 50cl *Lager
• 5cl *Cider vinegar
• 5cl *Soy sauce
• 3pl. *Liquid honey
• 2pl. *Cornflour
• 4 *Burger buns halved and toasted
• 1sáček *Mixed raw vegetable

*Mix the sugar and spices together. Season the meat with this mixture.

• 1pl. *Ground cumin
• 1pl. *Garlic powder
• 1pl. *Onion powder
• 1pl. *Smoked paprika powder
• 1čl *Cayenne pepper powder
• 600g *Pork shoulder

*Add the honey, liquids and cornflour to the bowl. Fry until it comes to a boil.

• 50cl *Lager
• 5cl *Cider vinegar
• 5cl *Soy sauce
• 3pl. *Liquid honey
• 2pl. *Cornflour

*Add the meat.

• 600g *Pork shoulder

*Low temperature cooking high.

*Remove the meat and shred it. Add the sauce.

*Pull apart the fibres with a fork. The meat should still be a little hot in order to pull it apart properly.

*Fill your burgers with the shredded meat and raw vegetables. Serve with sweet potato fries seasoned with smoked paprika. Serve the burgers with a barbecue sauce.
