  • 90 g *Red curry paste

  • 1 pl. *Neutral oil

  • 2 strou. *Chopped garlic

  • 0.5 *Onion

  • 1.5 pl. *Ginger

  • 1 *Red chilli peppers

  • 3 pl. *Red wine vinegar

  • 1 pl. *Tomato purée

  • 10 cl *Beef stock

  • 1 pl. *Strong mustard

  • *Salt, pepper

*Prepare the ingredients.

  • 400g *Beef chuck
  • 90g *Red curry paste
  • 1pl. *Neutral oil
  • 2strou. *Chopped garlic
  • 0.5 *Onion
  • 1.5pl. *Ginger
  • 1 *Red chilli peppers
  • 3pl. *Red wine vinegar
  • 1pl. *Tomato purée
  • 10cl *Beef stock
  • 1pl. *Strong mustard
  • *Salt, pepper

*In a mixing bowl, combine the beef and curry paste and leave to marinate for 12 hours.

  • 400g *Beef chuck
  • 90g *Red curry paste

*Add the oil to the bowl.

  • 1pl. *Neutral oil

*Add the onion, garlic, ginger and chilli, and fry for 3 minutes.

*Add the remaining ingredients and marinated beef. Bring to the boil.

  • 400g *Beef chuck
  • 3pl. *Red wine vinegar
  • 1pl. *Tomato purée
  • 10cl *Beef stock
  • 1pl. *Strong mustard
  • *Salt, pepper
